Choosing a Senior Apartment

It is important to consider features important to Seniors:

Quiet

Location

No Steps – Single Floor Buildings

Reasonable Rents

Accessible Management

Chosen Spot Apartments is ideally designed to meet these Senior preferences. We offer single story buildings with no steps – That means no one lives above your apartment or below which adds to your comfort and quiet enjoyment of your living space. The residents are all Seniors and while children and young adults visit, none live here

Chosen Spot Apartments location is ideal: We are in the City of Canandaigua and close to Tops, Thompson, Baker Park, Restaurants, Downtown and the new YMCA is under construction and will be only a short walk up North Bloomfield Road. We are in a secluded location off North Bloomfield Road. Many people do not even know we are here!

Our rents are reasonable, $1000 to $1300 per month including the heat, and we are careful to raise rents modestly. Historically we have not raised rents annually, we understand that many of our residents are on fixed incomes.

Chosen Spot Apartments management live in Canandaigua. We communicate effectively with our residents via our on site office and paper maintenance requests or quick responses to texts, phone messages or email.
